Wilflex 10340PFXFSB Epic Fashion Soft Base is a non-phthalate ink designed as a low viscosity plastisol base to simulate water based inks and produce an ultra soft hand feel.
Epic Fashion Soft Base has the ability to penetrate and become an integral part of the fabric.
- Simulates water-base finishes.
- Colours will reproduce best on white or light grounds.
- Can be printed over seams and stitched areas of finished apparel.
- Will not dry in the screen.
- Prints easily through recommended meshes.
Preparation:
Screens must be coated with a plastisol or hybrid emulsion. Post-hardening the stencil is recommended for long print runs. Can be mixed with Epic PCs and Epic EQs to create custom colours. Add up to 10% by weight.
Curing Instructions:
Flash at 70C for 3 - 5 seconds and cure at 160C

Store at 18-32C, avoiding direct sunlight. Use within one year of manufacturing date.
