Laguna Moroccan Sand Casting Slip is the original Cone 5 stoneware casting body. Fires well in both gas and electric kilns. For a semi-vitreous, hard ware, Moroccan Sand makes a reliable stoneware slip that can be cast in all standard molds.
We have developed a full line of Moroccan Sand Cone 5 Glazes for use with this clay.

(5.00)S11 Cerramics Published Sunday, 21 January 2024 I cast this at 13 mins and fired to 1200 deg. The bowls very very fine at this time. It revealed a lovely dark green beige colour going beautifully with tangerine and olive underglaze. Loving it for a great contemporary feel.
